Axios Estate Solutions ("Axios," "we," "us," or "our") is a real estate investment company located at

3925 Tarkton Sq W, Groveport, Ohio 43215. We work with property owners in Ohio — primarily in the

Columbus, Lancaster, Dayton, and Cleveland markets — to evaluate, purchase, and resolve real

estate situations through cash purchases, creative financing arrangements, and contract

assignments.

2. Not Real Estate Agents or Attorneys

Axios Estate Solutions is not a licensed real estate brokerage, law firm, or financial advisor. We are

real estate investors and principal buyers. We typically purchase properties as-is for cash, or through

creative financing arrangements such as seller financing or subject-to agreements. We may assign

any resulting purchase agreement to a third-party buyer or affiliate for a fee, as further described in

Section 4. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, financial, or real estate brokerage advice.

You are encouraged to consult your own attorney, accountant, or licensed real estate professional

before making decisions about your property.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the site in a way that violates any law or regulation.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Attempt to access non-public areas of the site or interfere with its operation.

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the site without our written permission.

4. Property Inquiries, Offers, and Assignment

Submitting your information through our forms, by text, by phone, or in writing does not create a

contract to sell or purchase any property. Any offer we extend is non-binding until a written purchase

agreement is signed by both parties.Any property valuation, cash offer, or estimate provided by Axios is based on our analysis as a real

estate investor and is not an appraisal, broker price opinion, or determination of fair market value.

Property values are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to inspection,

title review, and market conditions.

By entering into a purchase agreement with Axios, you acknowledge and agree that Axios may

assign such purchase agreement, in whole or in part, to a third-party buyer or affiliate, without further

consent from you. Assignment of purchase agreements is part of our standard business practice as a

real estate investor.

5. Communications and SMS Consent

By providing your phone number to Axios Estate Solutions — through our website forms, by text, by

phone, or in writing — you expressly consent to receive recurring communications from us by phone

call, text message (SMS/MMS), email, and mail regarding your property inquiry, offers, follow-up,

appointment scheduling, and related services.

Privacy. We do not share your SMS opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or

affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered

11. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Informal Resolution. Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact Axios Estate Solutions at

the information in Section 15 and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, any claim, dispute, or controversy

arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, or any communications you receive

from us (including by phone, SMS, email, or AI-assisted means) shall be resolved through final and

binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer

Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Franklin County, Ohio, or by

remote means at the option of the parties.

Class Action Waiver. You and Axios each agree that any dispute shall be brought in an individual

capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative,

or consolidated proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and

may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Exceptions. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies, and either party

may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to

[email protected] within thirty (30) days of first agreeing to these Terms. Opting out

will not affect any other provision of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws

principles. Except for disputes subject to arbitration under Section 11, any dispute arising under these

Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice by

posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate,

by providing additional notice (such as email or a prominent notice on the website). Your continued

use of the website or services after the effective date of such material changes constitutes your

acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, that

provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall

remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire

agreement between you and Axios Estate Solutions regarding your use of the website and services,

and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
